Last updated: March 30, 2026
1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all service contracts established between Pascale RH (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency") and its Clients in Cameroon. Any order for services placed with the Agency entails unreserved acceptance of these terms.
2. Nature of Services
Pascale RH is a staffing and HR outsourcing agency. The Agency acts as the legal employer of the personnel (maids, drivers, nannies, etc.) placed at the Client's physical location or as an administrative service provider for the management of the Client's SME payroll.
3. Billing and Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly or according to the specific framework established in the employment handover contract. Payment is required within five (5) days following the receipt of the invoice. Valid payment methods will be indicated on the invoice.
4. Responsibilities
The Agency guarantees that the personnel provided possess the skills outlined during the contract signature. The Client is committed to providing a secure working environment that complies with Cameroonian health and safety regulations. Pascale RH cannot be held directly liable for damages resulting from explicit instructions given by the Client to the staff outside their contractual perimeter.
5. Service Adjustments and Replacements
In case of dissatisfaction, illness, or absence of the provided staff, Pascale RH undertakes to provide a replacement under the same initial contractual conditions without additional sourcing fees for the Client, within a reasonable legal timeframe.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties mutually agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the internal functioning, habits of the household/company, and terms of the contract during and after its termination.
7. Litigation and Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to the execution of the mandate will first seek an amicable reconciliation. Failing this, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Yaoundé.
